随着全球化趋势和现代化进程的加快,我国非物质文化遗产受到越来越大的冲击。一些依靠口授和行为传承的文化遗产正在不断消失,许多传统技艺濒临消亡,大量有历史、文化价值的珍贵实物与资料遭到毁弃或流失境外,随意滥用、过度开发非物质文化遗产的现象时有发生。如何保护和开发非物质文化遗产成为当前亟待解决的问题。

With the trend of globalization and rapid progress of modernization, more and more impact is given on immaterial cultural heritages in China. Some oral and behavioral cultural heritages have faded away, a lot of traditional work-manship is dying out, a host of physical goods and materials with historical and cultural virtues are destined or flown away abroad and optional abuse and overexploitation of immaterial cultural heritages take place now and then. How to protect and develop them has become an urgent problem to solve.
