摘要
外语学习效果与非智力因素有着密切关系。焦虑在一定程度上有助于外语学习,但焦虑度过高则会对外语学习产生较大的负面影响。专科大学生外语学习焦虑产生的原因主要有教材难度、自我评价和考试挫折等,调整难度过高的教材、灵活运用各种教学方法及完善测试评价体系是有效降低专科大学生外语学习焦虑的对策。
Effects of foreign language learning are closely connected with non - intellectual factors. Facilitating anxiety can help learn but too much anxiety will have side effects. Reasons for anxiety of college students include difficulty of teaching materials, self- evaluation and setback of examinations. Readjustment of teaching materials, application of various teaching methods and perfection of testing evaluation system, these countermeasures are effective to decrease the anxiety.
