海洋环境污染的船舶事故成因与预防对策

CAUSES AND COUNTER MEASURES OF THE MARINE POLLUTION BY SHIP ACCIDENT

通过对几十年来发生的重大海洋污染事故的分析,发现人为因素、船舶老化、船体缺陷等因素是造成事故的主要原因,据此提出了预防对策,以期减少污染,保护海洋环境.

Based on the analysis on a series of major marine pollution accidents happened in the past few decades, the authors holds that the human factors and the deficiencies of the ship and her structures are the major causes of the accidents, and thus provides some countermeasures to prevent the pollution and protect the marine environment.
