摘要
网络营销是在互联网络发展的前提下,在传统营销的基础上发展起来的。网络营销与传统营销既有联系也有区别,网络营销在内容与模式等方面均有其特别之处。网络营销的发展对互联网络、有关法律、企业行为等提出了新的要求。国家必须创造条件,制定有关相应的法律法规以促进网络营销的发展,企业也必须改变传统的营销方式,以适应网络营销的要求。
The network marketing is developed on the premise of the development of the internet and on the basis of traditional marketing. The cyber marketing has connection to traditional marketing and has difference to it, too. And the cyber marketing has some specialities in its content and model etc. The development of marketing of the network has put forward the new requests to the internet, relevant laws, enterprise behavior etc. The country must create the conditions, make the corresponding laws and regulations in order to bring about an advance in cyber marketing. The enterprise must also change the traditional marketing way to meet the needs of marketing of the network.
