摘要
本文采用高压溶样方式,应用AFS-2202a型双道原子荧光分光光度计,建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光测定中草药中砷的测定方法,研究了硼氢化钾浓度、灯电流、原子化器高度、载气流量等因素对测定结果的影响,用工作曲线法测定了四种中草药样品中砷的含量。
The determinition of Arsenic in Chinese herbal Medicine was developed by Atomic Fluorescence. The pretreatment ways of sample and the conditions that can affect the result of experiment have been optimized respectively. Herbal in the standard reference substance peach leaf was also determinated according to this way and the results of six times were in good agreement with certified value. This method proves to be simple , rapid and conreient.
