This paper talks about how to comprehensively, objectively,and effectively assess the benefits of a foreignexpert teacher＇s work. To increase the employment benefit,the following points should be considered： invitation steps,management and inspection, and expansion of the foreign expert＇s roles.To assess the employment benefit, the influence it exerts and the consistence of its economic benefits with social benefits should be taken into account.
