摘要
如何对外国专家的教学工作效益进行全面客观的、有效的评估,是我们必须关注和解决的问题。提高聘用效益,要注意以下几点:严把聘请关;加强对外国专家的管理与考核;扩大外国专家的作用。评估聘用效益时,要注意其产生的后期效应,并且经济效益必须服从社会效益。
This paper talks about how to comprehensively, objectively,and effectively assess the benefits of a foreignexpert teacher's work. To increase the employment benefit,the following points should be considered: invitation steps,management and inspection, and expansion of the foreign expert's roles.To assess the employment benefit, the influence it exerts and the consistence of its economic benefits with social benefits should be taken into account.
