血小板及其相关因子在妊娠过程中的特异性作用
摘要
妊娠过程既是一个母体对胎儿体内父源抗原产生同种免疫的过程,也是一个血小板激活、血液中凝血因子增加的过程。在病理性妊娠中,血小板的活性以及其释放的多种血浆标志物会产生特异性的改变。本文就血小板及其相关因子在妊娠过程中的特异性作用作一简要综述。
