摘要
针对前人人力资本与经济增长关系进行分析,把人力资本对我国东西部地区经济发展的不同作用进行比较。结合西部大开发,要强化人力资本对西部地区经济产出的推动作用,实现地区经济的快速发展。
The paper, based on the previous study, analyzes and compares the different roles human capital plays in the east and west regions in China. Then, it puts forward that we should enhance the power of human capital in the west region so as to develop the regional economy rapidly.
