摘要
多年来,市场营销人才一直处于需求旺盛的态势,但许多营销专业的高校毕业生要么难以找到专业对口的岗位,要么就业后发展遇到问题。本文以营销人才培养能力的标准为切入点,分析了高校市场营销人才培养中存在的诸多问题,进而提出了营销人才培养的措施。
For many years, the marketing talented persons continuously have been in the situation of exuberantdemand, but many marketing specialized university graduates either have diffculties finding the jobs suited to theirspecialized training,or meet the problems of development after employment. This essay takes the standard ot the marketing personnel training on their abilities as a breakthrough point, has analyzed many problems which exist in the university marketing personnel training, and proposed the new standard on the marketing talented persons'abilities and the new measures on training.
