摘要 主要介绍了国内外还原-锈蚀法生产人造金红石工艺技术特点,并对攀枝花钛资源采用还原-锈蚀法生产沸腾氯化钛原料——人造金红石的可行性进行了分析探讨。 Artificial rutile can be produced with Reduction-Rusting Process on a large scale. With the Reduction-Rusting Process, the ferric oxide in ilmenite is strongly reduced to iron, which gathers rust in water to obtain TiO2-rich material. Then the material is washed by dilute acid or water, filtrated and dried. Finally the artificial rutile used for TiCl4 material can be produced. The features of artificial rutile produced by Reduction-Rusting Process worldwide are introduced. The feasibility for fluidized titanium chloride material made of Panzhihua titanium resource through the Reduction-Rusting Process is discussed.
