摘要
针对FM S优化配置问题,运用公理设计理论对FM S优化目标进行分层分解,将原来复杂的配置问题分解成由若干个模块构成的简单配置或策略,解除了决策变量之间的耦合关系,构建出基于公理设计的FM S优化配置框架,为寻找最优解和开发原型系统打下了基础.
Aiming at FMD optimal configuration problem, axiomatic design theory is utilized to delaminate and decompose FMS optimization objects. Original complicated configurations are decomposed into several simple configurations and strategies composed of modules. Coupling relations between decision-making variables are released and FMS optimal configuration frame based on axiomatic design is set up, which is a foundation for seeking optimal solution and developing prototype system.
