摘要
锭子是纺纱机械的标志性零部件,锭子性能的优劣直接反映了纺纱设备水平的高低。本文采用先进的DRVI可重组虚拟仪器平台,利用电涡流传感器、数据采集仪以及DRVI软件,研究了锭子轴心振动轨迹的测量系统。对锭子轴心振动轨迹进行研究,对提高锭子的性能及纺纱质量有重大的意义。
Spindle is a symbol component of spinning machine, and its performance will directly reflect the device of spinning. This article adopts advanced and recomposed DRVI virtual instrument technology, utilizes electric whirlpool sensor, data acquisition instrument and DRVI to design a system, which demonstrates the spindle axis orbit of vibration. It is significant to improve the performance of spindle and spinning by studying the spindle axis orbit of vibration.
