摘要 目的了解护士执行尸体料理后心理状况。方法应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自行设计原因调查表,对96名护士在尸体料理当天及1个月后进行心理评估和问卷调查。结果护士执行尸体料理当天和1个月后,焦虑、抑郁得分与全国常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。主要原因是:46%遗憾自己没有能力挽回患者生命,对职业的能力产生怀疑;38%年长的护士还会联想到家人和自己的安危,并逃避想起有关死亡患者的一切事物。结论管理者应重视护士执行尸体料理后心理状况,并提供有效的干预;护士应加强自身心理承受力的锻炼,增强应对能力。 Objective To understand the mental conditions in nurses after death nursing. Methods SAS, S/OS and the sell-designed questionnaire were applied to investigate 96 nurses about their mental conditions fight on the day and one month after death nursing. Results Statistically, the differences in anxiety and depression in the nurses on the day and one month after death nursing were significant compared to the norm (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). The main causes included: 46% regretted for their inability to safe their lives and then doubted their own professional abilities; 38% elderly nurses associated the deaths with the safety of their own and their relatives and then avoiding thinking of everything about the obituary patients. Conclusion The administrators should attach importance to their mental conditions in nurses after death nursing and provide them with effective intervention. Nurses should exercise themselves mentally to strengthen their ability to cope.
