摘要
中石油宁夏石化公司一化肥合成氨装置实施气代油改造后,根据各工艺参数的变化,对照改造前后的状况,提出了一系列稳定装置、优化工况、节能降耗的措施和方法,以保证装置“安、稳、长、满、优”运行。
After the ＂gas replacing oil＂revamp of ammonia plant of Ningxia Branch Co. First Chemical Fertilizer Plant, a series of measures and solutions to stabilize plant, optimize operating conditions and save energy were proposed according to the variation of each operating conditions and situation before and after revamping, in order to ensure safe stable,long term, full load optimal operation.
