摘要
主要介绍水煤浆添加剂的作用机理和发展现状,具体介绍神府煤制浆添加剂的筛选工作。采用传统的干磨湿配法制浆,完全相同的粒度配比,对不同添加剂的成浆进行试验,试验结果表明,FP-2添加剂对神府煤制浆具有最佳的性价比,这一结果在生产装置上得到最终验证。
Presents the action principle and development status of coal-water slurry additives, and their selection for Shenfu coal in detail. Prepare coal-water slurry with conventional dry grinding and wet mixing method under the condition of same coal size ratio using different additives. The experiment results indicate that additive FP-2 has optimal performance/price ratio, that has been proved in industrial plant.
