摘要
多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术是中国具有自主知识产权的大型煤气化技术,该技术的首套工业装置已经在华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司建成并运行。工业运行的结果表明,多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术具有工艺指标先进、运行稳定等优点。本文介绍工业装置的运行情况及运行中暴露的问题,并分析这些问题的原因,提出改进意见。
Multi Opposed-Burner （MOB） Coal Slurry Gasification technology is a Chinese proprietary large-scale coal gasification technology. The first commercial MOB plant was built in Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. Industrial operating experience shows that MOB technology has the advantages of advanced process performance and stable operation. This article presents the operation of MOB gasifier, describes existing problems during operation, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward proposals for improvement.
