腹式及阴式全子宫切除术的临床对照分析

目的:探讨非脱垂良性病变的子宫施行经腹及经阴道切除术的两种术式的优缺点。方法:对比两组患者的术中和术后情况,分析手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、术后排气时间、术后病率、术后最高体温、住院天数及术后随访情况。结果:阴式组明显优于开腹组。结论:经阴道全子宫切除术对患者创伤小,恢复快,副作用小且比较美观。经腹全子宫切除术对一些肌瘤较大且有附件肿瘤又粘连者是一种最佳的选择方式。

Objective ：To compare the advantages and disadvantages between the abdominouterotomy and hysterectomy via vagina. Methods：30 cases （group A） of abdominouterotomy and 30 cases （group B）of hysterectomy via vagina in our hospital,were studied. The bleeding quantity during the operations, pain,exhaust period, incidence of a disease and the highest temperature after the operations and the days of staying in the hospital were analyzed. Results： Operating period of group A was longer than that of group B, and the bleeding quantity of group A was larger than that of group B, painful feeling of group B was better than that of group A one or two days after operations, the exhaust period of group A was longer than that of group B, the highest temperature of group A was much higher than that of group B, the same as incidence of a disease. Conclusion：The patients in group B are hurt a little, they recuperate quickly, there is little side effect, the surface looks much better than that of group A, but for the larger turnout with adjunct turnout which is conglutinating, abdominouterotomy is the best method.
