摘要 在分析预应力管桩作为基坑支护桩受力特性的前题下,提出了预应力管桩承载力的时间效应和桩端持力层因受水浸润导致基岩软化,并影响单桩承载力是预应力管桩存在的主要问题。以武汉公安指挥中心大楼为例,采用预应力管桩作为基础工程桩及基坑支护桩效果显著;进一步证明,在软土地基中预应力管桩已越来越被工程采纳。 By analysis of mechanical characters of prestressed concrete tubular pile as foundation pit supporting pile, the paper expounds the time effect on its bearing capacity. After the bearing stratum is soaked in water, soften rock will affect pile bearing capacity, which is the existing problem in prestressed concrete tubular pile. A case of public security command center building in Wuhan shows the remarkable effect that prestressed concrete tubular pile as foundation engineering pile and foundation pit supportting pile. Such pile will be used more and more in soft soil.
