纠偏防倾工程十五年(一)

Fifteen Year Experience in Buildings (Structures) Rectification and Inclination Prevention

对自1989年5月首创用“地基应力解除法”纠正软土地基上多层楼房以来15年间所完成的140余座建(构)筑物纠偏工程作一回顾,并对自1993年以来深基坑工程中坑周邻近的40余座建(构)筑物的“软托换”工程也作一个初步的总结。对不同纠偏防倾措施进行评价,从中获得了若干带有理论意义的心得体会。

Since 1989 the pioneering use of subgrade stress release method to rectify multi-story buildings located on soft soil, more than 140 practical examples were presented here. Also prelimnary conclusion is made for soft underpinning of more than 40 buildings neighboring deep foundation pit. There from different means of rectification and inclination prevention were evaluated. Some theoretical meaning were learned.
