护理干预对妇科手术后肛门排气的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anal Exhaust after Gynecological Operation

目的探讨温水足浴同时给予心理干预对妇科手术后肛门排气时间的影响。方法将子宫切除术、附件切除术的患者各60例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组术后6h开始以42℃温水足浴护理10min,同时给予心理干预,并记录肛门排气时间。结果实验组术后肛门排气时间比对照组明显提前,两组比较,差异有非常显著性(子宫切除t=12.39,附件切除t=18.28,均P<0·001)。结论温水足浴同时给予心理干预可使妇科手术后患者肛门排气时间提前,有利于早期恢复正常饮食,促进机体康复。

[ Objective] To explore the effect of warm - water - feet - bath combined with psychological intervention on anal exhaust time after gynecological operation. [ Methods] 60 cases of hysterectomy and ovariectomy were divided randomly into experimental group and control group ; warm - water - feet - bath （ 42℃ ） and psychological intervention was given to the experimental group 6 hours after the operation, 10 minute for each time; the anal exhaust time was recorded. [Results] The time of anal exhaust in the experimental group was obviously earlier than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . [ Conclusion] Warm - water - feet - bath combined with psychological intervention can bring forward the time of anal exhaust and is beneficial for promoting recovery.
