摘要 简要综述了膜乳化过程的机理、操作参数的影响和乳液性质等.操作参数包括膜材料、膜孔径及孔隙率、连续相速率、跨膜压差、乳化剂等.通过控制合适的操作参数,可制备出具有所需尺寸的单分散乳液. Membrane emulsification is a new method for the preparation of high quality emulsions over the last 10 years. Comparing with conventional techniques for emulsification, membrane emulsification is highly attractive due to its simplicity, potentially lower energy demands, less surfactant, narrow droplet - size distribution, and the resulting potential application in various fields. This paper reviews recent advances in membrane emulsification process. The principle of membrane emulsification, influence of operating parameters on the process, emulsion properties, and potentical application of the novel technology were summarized.
