观赏与食用两用型羽衣甘蓝的组培快繁试验 被引量:2

摘要 研究了观赏与食用型羽衣甘蓝的组培快繁技术,结果表明:适宜的起始分化培养基为MS+BA0.7。g/L+N从0.1mg/L’30g/L蔗糖,25d可分化出小苗,分化率达93%;适宜的增殖培养基为MS+BA2mg/L+NAA0·02mg/L+30g/L蔗糖,繁殖系数为4.5;适宜的生根培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IBA0.8mg/L+20g/L蔗糖,10d左右可长出3—4条新根,生根率90%,移栽成活率达90%以上。 The techniques of fast multiplication for the tissue culture of Brassica Oleracea Var Acephala both for sight and food were researched.The results shows that the suitable medium for starting differentiation is MS+BA0.7mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+30g/L sucrose.Little seedlings are differentiated on the 25th day with differentiation rate of 93%.The suitable medium for multiplication is MS+BA2mg/L+NAA0.02mg/L +30g/L sucrose.The propagation coefficient is 4.5.The suitable medium for rooting is MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IBA0.8mg/L+20g/L sucrose.3-4 new roots grow on about the 10th day with rooting rate of over 90%.The survival rate of transplantation reaches over 90%.
