农产品视觉检测与分级的研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:5

摘要 综述了国内外水果、蔬菜及其它农产品视觉检测分级研究与应用的现状,归纳了现有研究尚存的主要问题,如研究对象比较单一、图像采集不全面、缺少内部品质的视觉信息提取与检测、多数农产品视觉分级系统生产率比较低等。提出广泛扩展研究对象种类、农产品全面图像的摄取、结合红外、微波、核磁共振等技术进行内部品质的视觉信息提取与检测、研究快速并行图像处理算法等作为今后的发展趋势。 It is not a long time that computer vision which is a new subject was used to research on detection and grading of farm product.In this article,through reviewing the research present situation of grading fruit,vegetable and other farming products,some problems are found that research objects are less,full image can not be collected,the information of fruit inner character are rarely distilled and detected,the productivity of most grading system are low,which should be solved quickly.Then the future developments are:research objects will be widen,full image will be collected,the information of fruit inner character will be distilled and detected through integrating the way of infrared.Microwave and MRI,and quick arithmetic of processing image will be researched to enhance the productivity of grading system.
