摘要
观察昆明山海棠对大鼠肾毒血清性肾炎的治疗作用。将预先制备的免抗鼠肾毒血清注射入正常大鼠体内,诱导产生慢性肾小球肾炎,在该模型上,用昆明山海棠给药4周,观察各疗效指标,并设模型对照组及雷公藤和强的松阳性对照。昆明山海棠能显著降低实验动物24 h尿蛋白含量及血清尿素氮、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇,升高血清白蛋白、总蛋白,改善肾功能及肾小球的病理变化。昆明山海棠对大鼠肾毒血清性肾炎模型具有较好的治疗作用。
To investigate the therapeutic effects of the traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium hypoglaucum （THH） on chronic nephritis model. Rabbit serum of anti-rat kidney nephritis was prepared and injected into normal rats to induce the formation of masugi nephritis. In this model, THH was administered for 4 weeks, while saline and prednisone were used as negative and positive control, respectively. THH significantly decreased urine protein, reduced serum urea nitrogen, total cholesterol and triglyceride, increased serum albumin and total protein and improved renal function and pathological lesions in the experimental animals. THH is effective in treating rat nephrotoxic serum glormerulonephritis.
