摘要
选取金属材料性能参数为相关因素变量,选取加工过程/输出参数作为系统特征变量。应用灰关联分析法,分别生成各变量的处理数据序列,建立绝对灰关联度矩阵,利用优势分析原则确定金属材料各种性能参数对其切削加工性的影响程度。以40Cr、GCr15、45钢、Q235和硬铝合金LY11五种材料为例,确定出5种性能参数对金属材料切削加工性影响程度的排序。研究表明,应用灰关联分析方法能够客观确定各种性能参数对材料切削加工性的影响程度。
The property parameters are selected as factor variables. The machining process/output parameters are selected as characteristic variables of system. The processed data sequences of all variables are calculated according to analytical grey incidence process. Absolute degree of incidence matrixes is established. Influences of property parameters on metal machinability are determined according to the superior analytical principle. Taken five materials, 40Cr, GCr15, 45, Q235 and LYll for examples, influences of five property parameters on metal machinability are ranked. Example result suggests that analytical grey incidence process can be a reasonable and available method to determine the influence degree of property parameters on metal machinability.
