摘要 介绍和分析了国内外静平衡的方法,在没有适合特殊结构、小质量、高精度陀螺转子静平衡方法的前提下,对已有的一种用压力传感器来进行测力的静平衡方法进行改进,从而将只能测量二维空间的静不平衡偏心距扩展到三维空间的测量,并通过用高精度电子天平替代压力传感器,大大提高了其平衡精度,使其对小质量高精度转子更加适用;进行了实验设计、步骤安排、理论分析和误差分析,最后给出该方法所能达到的精度值和一组测量数据。 Introduce and analyze the methods of static balance at home and abroad, under the situation that no static balance method could suit the gyroscope rotor of specific structure, small mass and high precision, improve an ever existent method of static balance which measures the force using a kind of pressure sensor, then we could measure the centroid offset of the static imbalance not only in 2 - D but also in 3 - D. Thus the balance precision is greatly improved through using high precision electronic balance to substitute the pressure sensor, and make it more applicable to rotors of small mass and high precision. Also the experiment design, the process arrangement, the theory analysis as well as the error analysis are given, at last the precision that this method could achieve and some measure data are given.
