鄂尔多斯盆地致密油气层层内爆裂后续技术配套探讨

摘要 致密油气层实施层内爆裂技术是在井筒内爆裂技术基础上发展起来的新兴技术,国内的基础研究成果属于一次创新.后续的技术配套研究将吸引更多的油气田参与,技术创新的潜力仍较大。长庆油气田储集层普遍具有低一特低渗的特征。井筒内爆裂的细缝较短,只能沟通井筒附近地层天然裂缝,而层内爆裂技术的适应性更强,将是储层改造的重要技术支撑。本文在进行层内爆裂技术研究现状全面述评的基础上,就扩大适应条件、泵注途径、压裂酸化作业配套、工程设计配套和先导试验原则进行了探讨提示,有助于科技攻关。 Fracturing by intra-layer explosion conducted in tight reservoirs is a newly emerging technology developed on the basis of technology of fracturing by intra-wellbore explosion. Results of these basic researches at home belong to the primary innovation. Follow-up studies of technologies-coordinated will draw more and more oil/gas field workers participating in. Technological innovations have great potentialities. Reservoir beds of Changqing oil/gas fields have generally characteristics of low to extra-low permeability. Fine fractures generated by intra-wellbore explosion fracturing are short that can only connect natural fractures in near wellbore formations. Fracturing by intra-layer explosion has greater adaptability. Broadening the adaptable conditions and the path of injection by pumps, forming a complete system of fracturing and acidizing operations and their engineering design, and precursory testing principle are discussed in the paper, on the basis of comprehensive review of present situation of researches on fracturing by intra- wellbore explosion.
