摘要
利用钛白工业废渣去除模拟农药废水中的阿特拉津。实验中考察了钛渣的粒度、反应时间和pH等影响因素,通过正交实验,选取了最佳反应条件:反应时间60min、pH值为5~6时,用粒度75μm钛渣处理模拟阿特拉津废水(COD为150mg·L^-1)100mL,COD去除率为76%~77%。同时.用于调节pH值的Na2SiO3在pH值为5~6条件下,与钛渣携带的Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)共同发挥絮凝作用,有助于提高COD去除效率。
This paper deals with the removal of atrazine in waste water by titanium residue. The removal behavior influenced by the particle size, time and pH of the process was studied. The experiment result showed that when the time is 60min, the pH is 5-6 and particle size is 75μm, the residue performs best, removing COD in simulate waste atrazine water up to 76 % -77 %. Further more, together with Fe(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅱ) in titanium residue, Na2SiO3 initially used to adjust pH also works for flocculation.
