摘要
对比观察12例急性酒精中毒患者与15例健康人的血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平、血清磷脂酶A2(PLA2)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,发现患者的LPO水平和PLA2活性明显高于对照组,SOD活性明显低于对照组,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05),LPO水平与SOD活性呈显著负相关(r=-0.5266、P<0.01),结果提示:急性酒精中毒患者体内氧化作用增强,抗氧化作用降低,有氧化-抗氧化作用的失衡;有组织细胞的损伤;致损伤因素LPO和PLA2共同介入了急性酒精中毒的发病过程。
Detecting the plasma level of lipid peroxid (LPO),activities of serum phospholipase A2(PLA2) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in red blood cells in 12 patients with acute alcoholism and in 15 normal controls.We found that the of LPO and the activity of PLA2 were higher and activity of SOD was lower than that of the control.There waS significant difference between the patients and the controls(P<0.05).Negative corelation between the activity of SOD and the level of LPO was observed (r=0.5266 P<0.01).The results indicated that the metebolic oxidation process was increased and the anti-oxidation process was decreased in patients with acute alcoholism. There is unbalance of the oxidation and the anti-oxidation process.LPO and PLA2might play a harmful role in the pathogenesis of acute alcoholism
