阵发性心房颤动对高血压患者血压的影响——附50例报告 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨阵发性心房颤动对2级高血压患者血压的影响。方法采用动态血压监测系统与动态心电图同步检测50例2级高血压患者窦性心律与心房颤动发作时的血压变化。结果窦性心律时、心房颤动发作而心室率少于100次/分以及心房颤动发作且心室率等于或超过100次/分时,血压分别为(162±12)/(94±12)mmHg、(163±13)/(96±13)mmHg和(139±14)/(87±10)mmHg;后者与前两者收缩压及舒张压比较差异均有统计学意义,均为P<0.05。结论2级高血压患者发生心房颤动时,血压会出现变化,这种变化与心室率快慢有关,故临床医师应注意此点,以免在心室率过快时测得血压偏低而影响对患者病情的评估和疗效的判断。
