摘要
用热膨胀仪分析了半金属尼龙复合材料(金属氧化物填充尼龙1010)的热膨胀特性;通过进行TG-DSC实验,分析了复合材料在受热后其重量的变化以及吸放热情况。结果表明,在室温到160℃间,复合材料的平均热膨胀系数随金属氧化物平均粒径减小而变大;氧化物的加入引起尼龙复合材料的热动力学性质和物理性质发生变化,结晶温度从纯尼龙的180℃最大提高到190℃,并随着氧化物含量的增加,氧化物复合材料的熔点不断提高。
Thermal expansion characteristic of semimetallic nylon composite (nylon 1010 packed metal oxide ) was analyzed with thermal expansion appearance. The change of composite weight after being heated and decalescence / heat release of composite were analyzed by carrying TG-DSC experiment. The result shows that the average thermal expansion coefficient of the composite rising with average diameter of metal oxide decreasing from room temperature to 160℃. Thermal dynamics and physical property of nylon composite change with mixed with Oxide, the crystallization temperature rising from 180℃ of pure nylon to 190℃ (maximum) and the melting point of oxide composite improving constantly with the oxide increasing.
