首发肝损害的肝豆状核变性临床分析及治疗

本文分析２２例以肝损害为首发症状的肝豆状核变性患者的临床特征、误诊情况及治疗效果，提示该型患者因起病急，早期误诊率高，常延误治疗，预后较差；强调早期诊断。

Twenty-two cases of hepatolenticular degeneration with initial onset of hepatic symptoms were reported in this article .The characteristics of clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis and the effects of treatment were discussed .The rate of misdiagnosis was high in the early stage ,so the treatment was not in time and the prognosis was not good .It is important to diagnose patients and give them anticopper treatment as quickly as possible ,and treatment for life is critical.
