摘要
全面、准确地把握家族企业的本质特征是正确认识家族企业的关键。“二权家族控制”是大多数家族企业的一个显著特征,但不是本质特征。通过对家族企业在不同发展阶段上的特征变化的分析,界定出家族企业的本质特征是“他控性”。然后讨论软控制力对硬控制力的影响,提出软控制力的突破是家族企业健康成长的关键。家族对企业软控制力的逐步消退,是家族企业逐步走向现代企业的关键。
To grasp the essence is the key to understand the family enterprise. The ＂two-authority family control＂ is a prominent character of most family enterprises, but not the essential character. Firstly, the essence of family enterprise is defined as ＂external control＂ in view of different development phases. Then the impacts of soft control on hard control are discussed. It is pointed out that the soft control is critical to the growth of the family enterprise. The fade of family soft control is the key for family enterprises to become modern enterprises.
