光化学诱导大鼠脑皮质梗塞模型的研究 被引量:19

A Study of the Model of the Cerebral Cortical Infarcts Induced by Photochemical Injure in Rats

摘要 大鼠尾静脉注射光敏染料孟加拉红后,采用绿色激光在其颅骨表面作定向照射,形成大脑皮质区梗塞模型,对实验组大鼠进行照射前后的神经功能评定,结果表明神经功能的行为学评分明显降低,病理形态学观察亦显示照射的皮质感觉运动区呈不可逆的缺血损害。本文就脑梗塞模型的优缺点及临床应用价值进行研讨。 We produced a model of cerebral cortical infarcts by intravenous injection of the fluoroscein derivative Rose Bengal and focal stereotaxically irradiation of the skull surface with a green laser.The rats'neurological function were evaluated before and after the irradiation.It was shown that t he score of the neurobehavioral tests after irradiation was significantiy lower than that before the irradiation in the experimental group .Pathohistologic observtion showed that the somatosensory cortex after irradiation had irreversible ischemic damage.We studied advantage and disadvantage of this cerebal infarct models and its clinical application.
