摘要
分析了供应链风险来源,探讨了基于独立风险的供应链多风险的综合评估法,建立了求解多个风险的总损失分布函数的模型,并通过实例分析了供应链总体风险状况,最后提出了供应链风险防范的措施。
The main sources of supply chain risk are firstly analyzed. A method for evaluating the multi- risk combination of supply chains based on independent risk is then provided. The model of probability function of multi- risk loss is established. Finally the total risk of supply chains is analyzed by an example and some countermeasures for risk prevention are put forward.
