摘要
论述了高校学科建设反映学校的综合办学实力和整体水平,而学科建设的核心问题是扩大知识共享,促进知识创新这一知识整合的过程,为此,提出了必须强化学术、淡化权术,改革管理模式,营造出崇尚知识、学术至上的氛围,并要注重维护知识产权,完善评估体系的建议。
Disciplinary construction reflects the capability and level of a university. The key problem of disciplinary construction is the knowledge integration which can promote knowledge sharing and innovation. Some measures are put forward, including strengthening academic research and weakening the power strategy, reforming management mode, protecting intellectual property and perfecting the evaluation system.
