不同类型的先天性冲动型眼球震颤的手术治疗

Surgery Treatment of Different Types of Congenital Nystagmus

目的探讨不同类型的先天性冲动型眼球震颤的手术治疗效果。方法对28例先天性水平冲动型和垂直冲动型眼球震颤患者,分别采用Parks或Kestenbaum法进行手术,合并有斜视者同时矫正斜视。结果28例患者术后视力均有不同程度提高,眼震明显减轻或消失,头位扭转角改善或消除,11例伴有斜视的患者,8例术后眼位正常,3例欠矫或过矫,但斜视度均较术前减小,外观改善。结论先天性冲动型眼球震颤患者术后视力提高,眼震减轻,头位改善,合并斜视者可同时矫正斜视,改善外观,手术效果令人满意。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the surgery for different types of congenital nystagmus. Methods Twenty-eight cases of congenital nystagmus received Parks or Kestenbaum operation based on their different degrees of the compensatory head posture with null zone. Among all cases, 11 associated with strabismus were also subjected to the surgery of strabismus at the same time. Results The visual acuity was improved in all cases, the intensity of the nystagmus reduced, and the strabismus corrected in most cases. Conclusion Treatment of congenital nystagmus with surgery causes reduction of the intensity of nystagmus, improvement of visual acuity and anomalous head posture, and correction of strabismus.
