从资源开发角度谈城市滨水区的特色开发

On exploitation of urban waterfront area from the angle of resources development

针对目前国内城市滨水区开发普遍存在的开发趋同,缺乏特色的现象,从滨水区资源分类与开发模式等方面谈如何使滨水区在开发中形成自己的特色,并以镇江市滨水区开发为例,对滨水区的特色开发提出了观点与建议。

In light of common existing condition of less self-feature in nowadays urban waterfront area＇s exploitation, this paper discusses the method to form self-feature in the exploitation from classifying resources in waterfront area and exploitation model, and proposes some views and proposals for the feature exploitation of waterfront area.
