从建筑设计的角度出发,通过对国内近年在住宅设计方面出现的问题进行论述,并着重从住宅的节能、细部构造设计等问题进行了研究和分析,提出了在具体设计中应注意的问题和解决方法。

From the angle of building design, the author studies and analyzes energy saving and detail structure design of building through discussing the problems appeared in recently domestic architecture design, and proposes problems and solutions should be noticed in concrete design.
