摘要
介绍了全面质量管理的特点和方法，在子洪引水管道工程设计中正确地运用TQC的理论和方法，有针对性地对存在的问题做了剖析，取得了较好的效果。
The characteristics and method of total quality control are introduced. Taking Zihong diversion works as example the application of TQC theory is mentioned. According to the problems encountered in practice corresponding resolving measures are proposed, which acquire good effect in practice.
