摘要
分析了新时期对工程质量监督机构认识存在的问题及原因，并提出质监部门的职责，介绍了正确对待工程质量监督的方法，从而发挥质量监督机构的作用，提高工程质量水平。
The problems existed in the understanding of engineering quality supervision and their causing reasons are analyzed; at the same time the responsibilities of quality supervision departments are presented. Correct method are introduced for engineering quality supervision in order to help supervision departlnent well play their roles to improve engineering quality.
