摘要
通过工程实例，介绍了工程建设招投标过程中暴露出来的种种不足，分析了形成的具体原因，结合从事工程建设管理工作的经验，提出了应采取的措施及对策。
Combined with practical work the problems exposed in bid invitation and submission work of construction project are introduced. The reasons caused those problems are analyzed; at the same time combined with several years＇ experiences in engineering management corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
