The application of analytic hierarchy process （AHP） in risk analysis of contractors under general contract mode

依照总承包模式的特点，通过分析项目目标及对相关风险因素的辨识、分析，构建了总承包模式下的风险递阶层次结构图。利用层次分析法（AHP），并分别按照1-9标度和指数标度对该模型的风险度进行了分析。

According to the features of general contract, based upon analysis of project goal and discrimination of related risk factors the hierarchy structural pattern of risk under general contract mode is built. Utilizing analytic hierarchy process （AHP） method risk degree is analyzed according to 1 - 9 scale and index number scale.
