It introduces the process of cracking and desquamating of concrete in continuous beam＇s base plate in north bridge approach in tidal flat area of Hangzhouwan Bridge, analyzes its causes, illustrates design and implementing process of its strengthening scheme, and shows that the state of structural force balance is well and the strengthening design is successful by the strengthening result.
