中国社会主义政治文明建设:目标与战略探讨

The Goal and Strategy of Building Socialist Political Civilization of China

学术界关于中国社会主义政治文明建设的目标有种种不同的见解和说法。本文认为,中国社会主义政治文明建设的目标至少有两个维度:价值目标和实践目标。二者紧密联系,共为一体。正确的战略选择是实现目标的重要条件,社会主义方向、中国国情、人类政治文明的共性以及政治文明建设实践的“过程性”特点,是中国社会主义政治文明建设战略选择应优先考虑和同时兼顾的几个方面。

There are different points of view in the academic circles about the goal of building socialist political civilization of China. This essay holds the view that this goal includes both ideal goal and practical goal, which are closely linked. Correct selection of the strategy is an important condition for realizing that goal. The socialist orientation, China~ s special conditions, the common principles of human political civilization and the characteristic of the ＂long-term＂ building of political civilization, must all be considered in the first place and at the same time in the selection, of the strategy of building socialist political civilization of China.
