摘要
《乌鸦》一诗是美国诗人、小说家及文论家埃德加.爱伦.坡的代表诗作。该诗形式优美、音乐性强、哀情切切、感人至深。诗中主题与述者的确定、时间与空间的安排、意象与结构的选择、用词与音韵的策划等等诸种艺术手段完美的结合正是爱伦.坡自己的诗论与艺术追求的具体化:主题、述者、意象与结构的确定选择反映了诗人的创作哲学,而其时间、空间、用词及音韵的安排策划则体现了他对艺术效果的追求。该诗的成功实践也与后来的相关理论不谋而合。《乌鸦》是缠绵的、哀婉的、凄美的,其艺术魅力将历久弥新。
The Raven is the representative poem of Edgar Allan Poe, an American poet, short-story writer and literary critic. The poem is well-known for its graceful form, high musicality and extremely sad emotions. The choice of its theme and speaker, the arrangement of its time and space, the use of its images and structures and the strategy of its wording and prosody-the perfect combination of all these is just the embodiment of Poe＇s own poetic principles and artistic pursuit： the choice of its theme, speaker, images and structures reflects the poet＇s writing philosophy; whereas the application of time, space, wording and prosody exhibits his pursuit of its artistic effects. The success of the poem coincides with some modern relevant theories. The Raven is involving, plaintive, and sadly graceful. Its artistic charm will remain fresh forever.
