当前我国大学生就业面临的问题及其对策

A Study on the Employment Problem College Students Facing in Contemporary China and its Countermeasures

当前我国大学生就业所面临的问题主要是社会就业形势的严峻及就业市场的不规范、高校人才培养制度的欠缺以及家长和学生自身在职业理想、就业预期等方面的定位不明确。在解决大学生就业问题方面,发达国家和地区的做法为我们提供了有益的启示。我国应从政府创设良好的就业环境、建立和完善高校毕业生就业社会服务网络、提升青年参与市场竞争的人力资本优势及切实加强在校学生的职业生涯规划能力几方面着手,提高大学生的就业率。

The current article supposes that the major problem in the employment of college students today in China includes, the crisis state of the employment, the abnormality of the employment market, the weakness of college education on human resources. The author also proposes thar we should learn from the measure in some developed countries and areas. Further more, the author suggests that our government should create a better employment condition, establish and consummate the social serving network on employment, upgrade the advantage of human resource in college students＇ participation in market competing, and develop the skill of planning their career in the program.
