On the Evolution of the Operation of Insurance Fund In China

本文首先系统梳理了我国《保险法》制定和修改前后三个阶段保险资金在资本市场投资运用的实践探索,然后主要从法律规范角度对保险资金在我国资本市场投资运用的原则、主体、模式和行为四个问题展开了深入分析,并针对相关法律和政策所存在的不足,提出加强保险资金在我国资本市场投资运用的两点法律对策及建议。

This paper discusses the practical exploration of insurance fund in the course of making and revising of Insurance Law, then analyses insurance fund＇s principle, subject, mode and behavior of its investment in capital market in terms of law and the deficiency the relevant law and policy exist when offering countermeasures and suggestion to strengthen insurance fund in investment in capital market of our country.
