摘要
传统的公司法理论将公司的营利性作为经营的唯一目标,而公司的社会责任理论对传统公司法理论提出了挑战。本文主要就公司社会责任的一般定义、公司社会责任与其营利性本质的相互关系、我国新公司法对公司社会责任的确立等问题作一初步探讨。
According to traditional theory of Corporation Law, profit is regarded as the only goal of operation; however this view is now challenged by the theory of a corporation' s social responsibility. This article makes a brief analysis on corporation' s social responsibility in the facets of the general definition of the corporation' s social responsibility, the relationship between the corporation' s social responsibility and the mercantilism, the establishment about corporation ' s community responsibility in our country' s new Corporation Law and etc.
