对金融市场竞争与企业诚信的思考

On Financial Market Competition and Honesty of Enterprises

胡锦涛总书记提出“以诚实守信为荣、以见利忘义为耻”的观点,对公民和企业的道德建设都是适用的。我国金融市场竞争主要表现为国内金融企业之间的竞争、中资金融企业和外资金融企业之间的竞争。但与一般市场竞争相比,金融市场竞争又有一些特殊性。企业诚信,是企业在市场上、社会上享有的信任和美誉,是企业生产经营的无形资源,是企业道德的精髓,是市场竞争的聚焦点。金融企业应选择以诚信为导向的企业竞争策略。

President Hu Jintao puts forward that one should ＂be honest and trustworthy, not profit-mongering at the expense of his values＂. The principle is applied to citizens as well at to enterprises. Chinese financial market competition is charateristic of competition among Chinese enterprises and competition between Chinese financial enterprises and overseas financial enterprises. Compared with other market competition, financial market competition has its own features. Honesty and trustworthiness are retupation and intangible assets of an enterprise. Financial enterprises should select honesty,oriented development strategy.
